About Payment Processing Fees
All Ticket Spot prices are in US dollars. When you sell tickets, your payment processor (Stripe, Square, or PayPal) charges a credit card processing fee, typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Ticket Spot charges 0% platform fees-you only pay your payment processor's standard rates.
For example: If you sell a $100 ticket, your payment processor charges approximately $3.20, and you keep $96.80. Ticket Spot adds $0 in platform fees.

Yes. On Business or higher, Reserved Seating Packs add reserved seats independently. Each reserved-seat ticket uses both attendee capacity and reserved seating allowance. If you still have attendees available, you only need a Reserved Seating Pack. Purchased packs are valid for 365 days.
No. Ticket Spot charges 0% platform fees on all plans. You only pay your payment processor's standard rate.
