We will be making authentic Italian pasta & ricotta filling for your raviolis. Learn to roll, assemble and cut your pasta. Chef will demo made from scratch carbonara sauce, then each student will go home with enough to accompany your raviolis. *This is not a GF glass.

All ingredients, tools, recipes, aprons, instructions & a welcome beverage is included. Please wear close toed shoes and tie long hair up/back.
